Next week, the Maytown Baptist Men’s Ministry will present an unusually effective opportunity for outreach and evangelism. Saturday, March 3, our Men’s Ministry will host a grand Fish Dinner at 4:30 PM to be followed by the showing of the film Courageous at 6 PM.
God has mightily used this grand film in recent months. After a grand reception in the public theaters, Courageous is now available for churches and opportunities such as our Men’s Rally on March 3.
Perhaps you have seen this film before. I pray that you will see this event as an opportunity to touch others. Thank you for your interest and support of this great effort.
This coming Sunday at our 5 PM service, Jonathan Higgins will be preaching. Jonathan has preached across our area and now this fine young preacher of the Gospel will be preaching for us. We are thrilled that Jonathan has joined our church and look forward to hearing him on other occasions.
Special thanks to our Children’s Choir for singing this past Sunday morning. I am so thrilled when these beautiful, precious children sing praises to our Lord. May these truths ring in their hearts for all of their lives.
