Thank you for your faithfulness on a rainy day this past Sunday. I appreciate the warm spirit in our services and the rapt attention of the congregation as the Word is preached. May God be honored as we focus on Jesus in our worship.
If you missed the Youth Choir on Sunday evening, you missed a blessing. This group sang with fervor and sang well. Lee Majors has done a great job leading this group.
Please keep the dates of October 10-13 marked on your calendar as the time for our Fall Revival. Our country needs revival and that revival must begin in local churches. Please pray that God will move mightily in these days as we hear powerful preaching from Cecil Taylor of Mobile. Please plan now to bring people to this great week of meetings. May this not just be a time of meeting, but a real time of revival in our hearts.
I love you and thank God for the twelve-plus years of ministry among this great church. Let's believe that our best days are ahead of us.
